I use cognitive psychology-based techniques to help you uncover those thoughts, to help you overcome social conditioning and transform the thoughts that are keeping you stuck, no matter what the circumstance is.
Awareness precedes change.
We have to train ourselves to intentionally choose our thoughts and manage our own minds.
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوۡمٍ حَتّٰى يُغَيِّرُوۡا مَا بِاَنۡفُسِهِمۡؕ
God will not change the condition of people until they change what is in themselves. 13:11
