It’s 4 sessions of teaching and hours of coaching designed to get you to feel clear on what you need to implement and move forward in getting married.

What we work on together:

1. The pressure you feel around your timeline, how to actually enjoy the process.

2. The wounds that keep showing up in relationships, no matter how much you've worked on yourself.

3. All those feelings that make this process confusing and impact how you show up in the talking stages.

4. The vision of what you want in a relationship and how to be ready for it.

5. The mental and spiritual subconscious blocks in your identity and how to shift it.

How it works:

I teach for an hour, direct, no fluff. Then you get to watch the replays. You leave each session with clarity, direction on what to do next.

My style:

I will not tell you what you want to hear. I'll tell you what will actually move you. People leave with insights that give them what they need to move the needle in their marriage journey. This isn't another course that fills your head with more information.

I help you take a look at the messy parts and help you move forward, there is a workbook included that gives more structured guidance.

The real time support in the moment to know what you need as you navigate the marriage process.

This coaching group combines spiritual and practical methods to help you navigate getting married and get practical mentorship as you attract the right partner. The mentorship that keeps your mind focused on the kind of marriage you’re looking for.

In this group you will:

1. know how to navigate the marriage process with confidence

2. know how to overcome the mental and spiritual blocks with finding the person you want

3. Improve your relationship with yourself in order to have the healthy thriving marriage you want

This is a smaller, intimate, women only group, where we dive deeper. It'll be about an hour and half (or more) each session, where I spend time teaching and coaching you in the group to help you with anything that comes up. This is the closest option to work with me in a group setting.

Replays will be recorded and uploaded to the Telegram group, where you have access to ask me questions, and have access to other resources. Any private workshop I offer will be included for members.

You will have access to the full replay of the latest Inner Shift course, the foundational course to help you discover what needs to be shifted.
